Why? A description of our gathering
What we teach in our classrooms is an appreciation of inquiry. Our goal is to empower our children to use the best available academic and spiritual tools as they seek to understand both the implicit and explicit messages in these ancient stories.
What about the other weeks? Learning Hour at Peace UCC offers a variety of experiences for faith formation, beyond the traditional classroom setting. One the second Sunday of the month we offer a multi-generational learning hour. On the fourth Sunday of the month we offer all church choir practice during learning hour. In months with five Sundays, we offer a learning hour service project for all ages.
How much does it cost? There is no charge for Church School, but donations to Peace are gratefully accepted. New friends are always welcome! Join us!!
