Our younger community members are empowered to create their journey for connecting, learning, playing and growing in their faith. We believe that faith formation (or, Christian education) happens in every aspect of our lives: in music, worship, small-group gatherings, and community events and service.
During worship, even young children serve communion, sing in choirs, worship with their families or gather at a small table in the front of the sanctuary for activities. Our children and youth are upfront and engaged!
Currently, groups for children and youth (elementary, middle school, high school) meet monthly from September through May. Children’s families receive electronic messages about faith and community responsibility.
Additionally, they can participate in ministries of confirmation, Our Whole Lives, and Sprouts of Peace.
